TODAY: Sunday March 14, 2010 Due to the needs among our people to change the timing and day for the 8 week Network Course on learning your Passion, Spiritual Gifts and Relating Style, our Course will begin on April 6th (Tuesday) and meet through April and May from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. We currently have a full class. Apologies go to Ronald Harvey who could not make Tuesday evenings! There will be a Visitation Committee Meeting on March 21st after the 10:00 a.m. Worship Service Basic Christian Growth classes will be held every Wednesday night at 6:30 pm at SCC. Childcare will be provided. This is a very useful course for new Christians, but believers of all levels of maturity can benefit from attending. Please do NOT donate hangers to the BOUTIQUE. We have plenty! The dry cleaners in North Adams will accept and reuse metal hangers. Thank you! The Louison House is still quite happy to accept any Big Y coins that are available to them. There is a blue container on the shelf in the BOUTIQUE for these coins. Thanks! The 2nd Stamford Community Church Auction is now being planned for April. We are in need of donations such as handmade items, new or used items (in good condition), that can be auctioned off. Once again Milt has agreed to work with Mary Jones as auctioneer. All proceeds will benefit the Construction of the Pavilion. Please see or call Mary Jones with any questions 663-9506. |
